Terms of service

The service

UnifyAPI relays your API requests to third-party AI model providers through a single endpoint, meters what you use, and bills you for it.

UnifyAPI is operated by UnifyAI. By creating an account or sending a request you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your API keys secret and for all usage under them. Revoke a key in the console if you believe it has been exposed.

You must be able to form a binding contract, and you must not share one account across separate legal entities.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, to infringe someone else's rights, or to generate content prohibited by the upstream provider serving your request — their policies apply to traffic we relay on your behalf.

Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits, spend limits, or quotas, and do not resell access in a way that hides that a request originated with your account.

We may suspend an account that puts the service or other customers at risk. Where we can, we will tell you first.

Billing

Usage is metered per request based on the model and token counts, and drawn against your balance or your plan.

Your dashboard is the record of what you have used. If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us and we will investigate.

Balances are consumed as you use the service. Where a top-up is refundable we will say so at the time of purchase.

Availability

We route around provider failures where we can, but we depend on upstream providers and do not control their availability, latency, or output.

Unless we have signed a separate agreement with you that says otherwise, the service is provided without an uptime commitment.

Model output

Model output is generated by third-party models and can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, and for any decision you make on the basis of it.

We make no warranty that output is accurate, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

Changes and termination

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time.

We may change these terms; if a change is material we will tell account holders before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the change.
